Delivery Times:

Expect delivery anywhere between 3-10 business days. Some items are 2 - 4 business days (stated at checkout). Items that are 2 - 4 days are handled and shipped out by us directly these are the fully British-made products. Items 3 - 10 days are handled and shipped out by our fulfilment centres. As we grow we plan on not using any fulfilment centres that help process and dispatch our orders. We just had to start the brand off using them as they help with stock etc.

(Busy periods of the year ie christmas etc orders may take a few days longer as sudden increase in orders and couriers dealing with huge amounts of parcels from lots of businesses).

If ordering multiple items at once, some of your items may arrive on different delivery dates (1-5 days difference normally, but still within the 10 days delivery time), this is depending on which fulfilment centre your items are located. As some items are kept in different locations for handling, space and stock purposes. Most of the time all your items will arrive together. Again we are working on improving this and delivery times and also handle everything in house directly ourselves as we start getting all our products fully made in Britain.

Most of our products are shipped from one of our UK centres, however some of our products are shipped from our fulfilment centres outside the UK.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping/delivery due to bad weather, strikes, parcel going missing, customs (we will help you as best we can though of course i.e if something goes missing, however if the parcel is marked as delivered and then went missing, we cannot send a replacement for free).

We are not responsible for any extra charges for international deliveries if there is any i.e customs.

Some deliveries might get delayed a few extra days if coming from our international fulfilment centre when the parcel reaches border control if they are busy. This is rare but it can happen. (Another reason we are fading out the fulfilment centres)
