Another Step Forward In British Manufacturing

Big news our second fully British-made product is officially underway.

After months of planning, refining, and pushing to bring more of our production back home, we’ve now received the Stagmoor Quarter Zip sample… and the best part is this: production has started. If all stays on track, the first run should be ready around mid-late April

This is exactly what we’re building at 2BTreasured  proper countrywear made with care, made to last, and made here in Britain. One product at a time, we’re moving everything we can into British factories, supporting local skills and keeping those jobs alive.

The sample stage (why it matters)

Getting samples made isn’t cheap especially in the UK, but it’s always worth it.

You can spend weeks (or months) perfecting a design in your head and on screen… but until you see it in person, wear it, and feel the materials, you don’t truly know if it’s right. The sample is where we make sure the garment looks exactly how we imagined, the fit is correct, and every detail matches the standard we’re aiming for.

That’s why we sample, to make sure what you receive is as close to perfect as it can be.

Small changes that make a big difference

Off the back of the sample, we’ve made a few refinements to take the Stagmoor Quarter Zip up another level:

Antique-brass zip (a cleaner, more premium finish)

A small British flag tag on the outer side seam, subtle but a really nice detail

A slightly thicker fabric for an even more substantial feel and improved longevity and can be worn all year round.

These are the sorts of tweaks you only make when you’ve had the product in your hands and you’re serious about quality.

What happens next

The quarter zips are now in production, and we’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes updates as they progress through the factory.

Pre-orders are available for those who want to secure theirs, but this update is mainly about the bigger picture: another step forward in British manufacturing, and another product being made properly right here at home.

Thank you for being part of it. We’re only getting started.
